What We Are Teaching our Kids

Parents, what are you and I teaching our kids that is of a global competition level?

I came across the story of the 9-year-old daughter of a DJ in Dubai who ranked 14th out of 85 in a world DJ competition, her name is Michelle and you can find her on Instagram and TikTok. In that same competition, her father ranked 9th.


It reminded me of the daughter of British DJ Fatboy Slim who did a 50min set on her dad’s Facebook Page.

Kids absorb from us consciously or subconsciously and these are two great examples of young females who are already competing globally.


The question I am asking myself out loud is what am I passing on to my kids of global gargantuan proportions? Yes, they hopefully will be citizens of the world when they are older, but I am talking about today.
